"SWITCH OFF THE LIGHTS"

It was quite unusual for 40 odd Mexxians to be present in a final sem mech class and today was one such day.Our class,which is in the first floor of a new block was just recently electrified,and the bright smiling tube lights and quiet running fans were a "living proof".Although the sem is almost coming to an end, for most of us,sitting in class was both refreshing and thrilling -a vacation from the tiring whole day cuts and bunks,which was evident from our happy faces. We were all in a get together mood with a rock concert in background,only difference being our faculty,taking the place of the rock singer and our series exam papers taking the place of his guitar.The subject dealt with Energy conversion and the faculty was better known as "_"(hope you get the name,if u didn't,the name is synonymous with a commonly used character in email IDs , tats the biggest clue I can give) , a short young man in his 30s ,with a predictable blue jeans+ tucked in check shirt attire and generously itchy at times.Distribution of guitar(exam papers of course) got over pretty soon with a display of array of marks ranging from single digit to up to 90%.When finished,he carefully opened the old red bind book of his,turning the pages carefully as though expecting the black and white pictures to come into life as he looked at each of them.Soon the magic words came "So....write this down..".A mass grumbling followed by bang on desks followed.The words seemed to be dancing out from his mouth singing some "other world" language song as they did.BlahBlah clu clu gla gla pem pem chhaa chaa chaa.....he continued.He went on with some illustrations on how one can conserve energy and stuff.The intention was to add fun,but with a failed mission,he changed track."Guys.. haven't you guys seen the Ad in which film stars come and ask us to switch off the lights??",..BANG..Off went all the fans and tubes.He was awestruck by this "phenomenon" and the whole class was laughing out loud. "Come back.."he told the class regaining his composure and BANG....the lights and fans were back in action.This time even the most emotionless guy(lets not name him) was LOL..Not uttering another word,our Hero "_" took the attendance sheet and called out ATTENGUNDENCEEEEE....
